Lead Credits

Credits are the currency you and your team use to complete activities throughout the SendBuzz platform. The number of Lead Credits available to you depends on your plan.

Your Credits gets refilled on every successful payment cycle. In case you need more credits you can easily buy them by navigating to Billing Section -> Lead Finder Credits. You can select the no of required leads and make the purchase. These lead credits do not expire for 1 year so you can plan ahead and take advantage of better discounts by buying more credits at once.

PS: SendBuzz will always use your monthly Credits first.

Credits are charged as per below Table:

Actions That Require Credits	Details
Reveal phone and email	When you request a phone and Email via SendBuzz Leads Search, Enrichment method or via public APIs you get charged 2 Credits for Valid information.
Reveal only Emails	When you request only an Email address, SendBuzz will charge 1 Credit in case of Valid information.

PS: In case SendBuzz can not verify data in realtime, you will still get the details with Grades of each type of data but you credit will be refunded immediately.
